How much will I pay?
Our hourly rates include the cleaner’s wage and the agency fee. Rates vary depending on the area you’re in and the number of hours you require each week. If you’d like a free quote, then contact us! All we require from you is the approximate number of hours you need and your postcode.
What time is your office open until?
We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
What sort of contract am I tied in to?
We value transparency and simplicity in our business dealings. We believe in fair and straightforward agreements, avoiding overly complex contracts. To ensure a smooth and productive working relationship, we have essential terms and conditions. These will be clearly outlined within the contract itself, including any required notice periods for cancellation. We prioritize open communication and strive to make our agreements easy to understand for all parties involved
How do you select cleaners?
We first carry out a telephone interview. If the applicant seems suitable, we then arrange for a trial shift on the particular site under the supervision of our contract manager. During this trial period, we thoroughly assess their performance and conduct necessary background checks, including document verification and, if required, DBS checks. If the candidate performs well during the trial and successfully passes all background checks, we will offer them employment
Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Yes of course! Our cleaners are fully flexible and will take on evening or weekend cleaning work. Please note in certain areas a supplement hourly charge may be added for cleans after 6pm or at weekends.
Do you do end of tenancy cleans?
Yes, we do offer professional end-of-tenancy cleaning services.
