Katie joined KCFMS in 2021 and has progressively advanced through multiple roles within the company, ultimately discovering her passion in the position of Contracts Manager.

Katie is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning contracts by upholding the company’s high standards on-site, responding to ad hoc requests, and supporting the effective performance of her team. With a diverse range of Facility under her supervision, no two days are the same—making her role both dynamic and rewarding.

She works collaboratively with all departments to ensure seamless operations, maintain compliance with current regulations and procedures, communicate key business updates, and actively engage with her team to foster high morale.

Katie is passionate about both personal and organisational development. She believes there is a crucial difference between leadership and management, and that true success lies in empowering staff to grow, develop, and reach their full potential.
